Ingredients
Karimeen 750gms
Mustard Seeds 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
Small onion 20
Garlic 10
Ginger 1 big piece
Green Chilly 8
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/2 tbs
Coconut 1
Vinegar/Kudam puli As per taste
Salt To taste

Method
Clean the fish and apply lemon juice over it and keep aside.Take one cup first milk and one cup second milk from the coconut.In a hot pan add 2 tsp coconut oil.When hot add the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.When it splutters add the small onion ,garlic and ginger(all crushed).Add the cut green chillies and curry leaves.Fry for some time untill light brown.Now add all the powder mixtures and fry untill it is done.Add the second milk and salt.(You can add kudam puli if you are using it at this stage).Bring to a boil.Add the fish pieces. When it is about done add the first coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.Add the required quantity of vinegar as per your taste. Remove from heat.Can serve after 20 minutes.
