Ingredients
Gram Flour(Besan) 2cups
Sugar (Grinded) 11/2 cup
Ghee 1cup
Cashew nuts(chopped)1tsp
Almonds (chopped) 1tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Method
Heat ghee over a low flame.Slowly mix the besan flour to it constantly stirring.Avoid formation of lumps.When it releases an appetizing smell remove from heat.Add sugar and dried nuts.Mix well.Now roll the flour into lemon sized balls.
