Beef 500gms
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Pepper powder 1/2tsp
Garam Masala Powder1tsp
Shallots 5nos
Garlic 15 flakes
Ginger 1 big piece
Curry leaves 2 springs
Coconut pieces 1/4cup
Vinegar 1tsp
Salt To taste
Coconut oil To fry

Method of preparation

Marinate beef with the garam masala powder,vinegar and salt and keep aside for half an hour.Crush the ginger,garlic and pepper.Put the meat on a pressure cooker add little water and cook for about 10 whistles.Fry the ginger, garlic, shallots, curry leaves and coconut in the oil.Add the coriander,chilly and turmeric powder to it and fry well.Add the crushed pepper powder.Add the cooked beef to it.Fry untill all water is dried and the dish becomes dark brown in colour.Garnish with cut shallots and Serve hot.
