Duck        1kg

Big Onion  750gm

Potato        2 nos

Tomato      3 nos

Green Chilly 100 gm

Ginger      50 gm

Garlic        50 gm

Turmeric Powder  1/2 tsp

Chilly Powder          3 tsp

Coriander Powder   4 tsp

Garam Masala Powder 1tsp

Coconut Scraped            1/2

Cashew                               10 gm

METHOD

Clean the duck and cut into small pieces.Cook by adding salt,turmeric powder,potato and garam masala powder.In a pan add coconut oil and heat.Add big onions, green chillies,ginger and garlic all cut into small pieces.Add tomato and curry leaves.Saught for a while. Add the chilly powder and coriander powder. Add the cooked duck pieces. Now add the coconut milk and let it boil.When the gravy is thick remove from fire and serve.
