Idiyappam

Ingredients

Rice flour(Fried) 1cup
Hot water 1-1/2 cup
Salt To taste
oil 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1/2 cup

Method

Bring the water to boil and add oil to it.Mix rice flour and salt.Pour the water over the rice flour.Knead the flour with a spoon.Keep it aside.When the dough is cool knead softly with your hand.Put the dough in an idiyappam presser and press over idly mould sprinkle grated coconut over it. Steam for 7-10 minutes.
