Here is a nutritious lunch for your kid that you can try at times.It includes the vegetables as well as egg.
Ingredients
wheat flour 1/2 cup
Carrot 2
Cabbage 4tbs
Big onion 1
Green Chilly 2
Ginger 1 small piece
Egg 2
Oil To fry
Salt As per taste
Turmeric powder A bit
Method
With the wheat flour roll out three chappathis.Scrape all other vegetables and cut the green chilly and ginger into small pieces.Beat the egg and add salt and turmeric powder to it.Divide the egg into three portion and fry just to the size of the chappatis and keep it aside.Add 1 teaspoon oil and fry the vegetables and ginger chilly pieces till cooked.Add salt. Remove from heat.Take one chappati and spread the fried egg over it.Now spread the vegetable mix to it.Roll out and serve with tomato sauce.
