Egg bonda is an evening snack which can be served hot with onion chutney.
Ingredients

Onion | 1 |
Ginger | 2-3 pieces |
Green Chilly | 2 |
Curry Leaves | 3 |
Coriander Leaves | 1tbs |
Turmeric Powder | A pinch |
Maida | 3tbs |
Salt | As per taste |
Coconut Oil | For deep frying |
Method
Boil the eggs and cut into halves.Remove the yolk and keep aside.Mix maida, turmeric powder and salt together with some water and make a batter a little thicker than dosa batter.In a hot pan add 1 tbs coconut oil and fry all other ingredients cut into small pieces and egg yolk for just two minutes. Remove from heat and divide into 10 equal parts.Place each ball inside the egg pieces.Hold together two pieces and dip in maida batter. Deep fry in coconut oil.Serve hot with onion chutney.
