Method
Cut duck into small pieces.Add salt,1/2tsp garam masala powder,turmeric powder and cook. Heat a pan and add the coconut oil.Fry the cashews,cut potatos and curry leaves.Remove it and keep it aside.To the oil add the onion pieces and fry for some time.Now add the green chillies,ginger,garlic all cut into pieces and fry well. Now add all the powders. Saute till the fried aroma comes.Add the tomato pieces. Saute till it is done. Take out milk from the coconut. Add cooked meat to the fried items. Add coconut milk and cook. Remove from heat when the gravy is thick .Add the fried ingredients and garam masala powder.Keep closed for some time and serve hot.
