Ingredient
Coriander seeds – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 3 tbs
Red chilli powder – 2 tbs
Black pepper seeds – 1 tbs
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida(hing) – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 stick
Method
Dry fry all the ingredients separately in a hot pan over a low flame.Grind to a fine paste when cooled.Store in an air tight container.
