Water melon(Thannimathan juice)

It is peak summer and the Keralites are really sweating and becomming thirsty.So here is a simple recipe which will energise  and refresh you.Now it is the season of water melon and it is the right time to use its nutritional values for your health.Watermelon Juice is excellent for the summer season because it contains a lot of water content in it which balances the water level in the body.

Water Melon       3/4 cup
Ice Cubes              2
Sugar                       1tsp


Scrape out 3/4 cups of water melon using a knife or a spoon.Mix the sugar.Pour into a glass and mix thoroughly with a spoon.Add the ice cubes and serve.
