Coconut Half
Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
Chilly Powder 2tsp
Green Chilly 5
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil 2tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt To taste
METHOD
Cut the raw mango into thin long slices.Cook the mango along with chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.Coarsly grind the coconut along with the green chillies and jeera.Add to the cooked mango.Cook for a while.Add the coconut oil and curry leaves to it.Remove from heat and close and keep the container for a while.Serve with rice.
