Pakoda (Ribbon Pakoda)

Pakoda is a crispy evening snack which can be prepared very easily with rice flour.

Ingredients

Rice Flour 2cups
Besan 1cup
Red Chilly Powder 2tsp
Asafoetida Powder 2 pinches
Black  Sesame seeds 1tsp
Melted Butter 2tbs
Salt To Taste
Coconut  Oil For deep frying

Method

Mix all the ingredients except oil with water and make a soft dough.Put some quantity in the murukku press and with the ribbon Pakoda achu ,  press it in hot oil and make Pakodas.Repeat the process untill the dough is over.

Note:

The Rice flour should be finely ground.If required you can add small onion or garlic paste. Make sure that the paste should be fine enough and also there are no lumps while making dough.
