Meat Pathiri

Ingredients

Maida Flour 1cup
Wheat Flour 1cup
Salt To taste
Meat(Beef) 1/2 kg
Big onion 4 Nos
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 5-6 Nos
Green Chillies 4 Nos
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil For frying

Method

Mix both the flour together along with salt.Add required quantity of water and make chappathi dough.Roll into big Pathiris. Keep it aside.Cut the beef into small pieces and cook with salt and turmeric powder.In a pan put oil and bring to heat.Saught onions in it.Add ginger, garlic and green chillies all finely chopped.Fry for some time.Add the remaining powders and fry for 3 minutes.Add the cooked beef.Fry for some time and remove from heat. Now take the rolled pathiris.In the centre of one pathiri add the filling.Cover with another pathiri.Press the sides tightly. Cut into two halves so that the filling comes in both the pieces.Fry in oil.
